Keep up the good work Gothenburg Guerilla Queer Bar!

Christofer and Simon, organizers of @ggqb_takeover, are awarded the RFSL Gothenburg honorary prize Keep up the good work!

We were secretly on site at their event during West Pride, to do our very own takeover and present this incredibly well-deserved prize.

This is our motivation for the prize:

With dedication and without compensation, Christofer and Simon have together contributed to broadening the arenas where the LGBTQ+ community has the opportunity to meet in Gothenburg. Their event Gothenburg Guerilla Queer Bar has been a source of laughter and new contacts. The event is held at different locations every month, which invites you to discover the fantastic range of restaurants and bars in the city of Gothenburg.

Christofer and Simon’s work with this is a good example of the power of non-profit commitment, and their ability to encourage people to have face-to-face conversations with the aim of overcoming what separates us. This is not only what Gothenburg needs, but it is what the whole world needs right now!

RFSL Gothenburg wants to highlight this incredible commitment, and has therefore decided to award you the honorary prize: Keep up the good work!
